Secret Space: Television Series Pitch

Secret Space was developed as a proof-of-concept video for a proposed television series pitch to Gaia. I was hired by Corey Goode to work remotely with two other team members on the scripting, editing, and overall presentation of the concept.

The video was structured around a voiceover recorded by Corey at his location. My role was to translate the narration into a visual story by researching and curating relevant footage from multiple stock-media libraries. Each visual was selected to support the subject matter, maintain continuity, and give television executives a clear sense of the proposed show’s tone, pacing, and direction.

Because the production was completed remotely, the project required clear communication and careful coordination between the team members responsible for the concept, script, narration, and final presentation. I assembled the initial edit, incorporated feedback after one round of revisions, and completed the final post-production work, including color correction, audio leveling, pacing, and output preparation.

The finished video was formatted for inclusion in a PowerPoint presentation and for private viewing through YouTube. The pitch helped move the television concept forward, although the eventual program developed under a different title and creative direction.

Unlike most of my public-facing work, this video was created specifically for a small audience of television decision-makers and was not intended for general distribution.

My role: Remote production collaboration, script development, stock-footage research and licensing, visual storytelling, editing, revision management, color correction, audio leveling, and final delivery for presentation and private online viewing.
